Before the masterclass, a short pre-programme survey helps us form learning groups of relevant peers - managers from different industries and organisations, matched by context and challenge. Mads has spent 20+ years running leadership seminars and transformation programmes across sectors. For the last two years, AI leadership has been the central thread in his work - developing and testing the frameworks inside this masterclass with frontline managers navigating real adoption challenges in their teams.
He holds a certification as a SAFe Lead Agilist with the Scaled Agile Corporation and has studied digital transformation strategy at university level. Qwist&Associates does not just teach AI leadership - the team practises it. AI is embedded in how they work internally, making Mads one of the few facilitators in this space who leads from direct experience rather than theory.
