The Real AI Challenge
Is Not Technology.
It Is Leadership.

A full-day masterclass for managers and team leaders who need to guide their teams through AI – practically, confidently, and with psychological safety.

You don't need to be an AI expert. You need to become the leader of how AI is used in your team.

Designed for frontline leaders and managers Leadership-focused, not technical Practical implementation over hype

Companies we worked with

IS THIS FOR YOU

Built for leaders who are
already in the middle of it

You lead a team navigating AI adoption and need a practical path forward, not more theory.
You feel pressure to move faster with AI but worry about losing quality and professional judgment.
Your team is using AI inconsistently and you are not sure how to address it without creating more pressure.
You have attended AI tool training but behaviour on your team did not really change.
You want to lead AI conversations with confidence rather than deflect or avoid them.
You want a concrete playbook to take back to your team on Monday - not a set of good intentions.
Not for: AI engineers, data scientists, or senior executives seeking enterprise strategy frameworks. This masterclass is built for the managers closest to the teams doing the actual work.
THE CHALLENGE

Most organisations have AI access.
The real challenge is adoption.

Uneven adoption across teams

Some employees experiment constantly. Others avoid AI entirely. No one is having the conversation needed to close that gap.

Pressure without direction

Managers feel urgency to move faster while uncertainty around quality, ownership, and responsible use continues to grow.

AI usage without leadership

Teams experiment quietly, without shared standards or visibility. Organisations lose oversight of how work is actually being done.

Tools without transformation

Investment in AI tools is high. Investment in the people, leadership, and behaviour required to use them well is nearly zero.

"AI adoption is primarily a leadership challenge - not a technology challenge."

This is exactly what the masterclass is designed to address - one practical day that changes how you lead your team through AI.

WHAT BECOMES POSSIBLE

Imagine.

AI becomes something your team does together - not a source of confusion or quiet resistance.

You lead from the front - with clarity and confidence, instead of catching up from behind.

You become the leader others look to - not because you are a technical expert, but because your team actually moves.

That is not a distant possibility. It is what this programme is designed to make happen - starting right away after you leave the room.

THE PROGRAMME

A full-day masterclass designed
for real adoption

You arrive with your current reality. You leave with a personal leadership playbook, team conversation frameworks, and a clear 90-day adoption direction. The programme follows the before-during-after model: you prepare before, work intensively on the day, and are supported in implementation for six months after.

Morning - You and AI

You and Your Own AI Reality

We start with you. How you are currently using AI, where your habits are narrow, and where the real opportunities are in your own work. Through guided exercises and reflection, you will build a clearer picture of your own AI use - and where to go next.

Afternoon - You Leading Your Team

You and Your Team's AI Journey

The afternoon shifts to your team. How to read where each person is on the AI adoption journey. How to have conversations that create momentum instead of pressure. How to build a practical 90-day roadmap that fits your specific team and context.

Learning Groups

You will not navigate this alone

Before the masterclass, a short pre-programme survey helps us form learning groups of relevant peers - managers from different industries and organisations, matched by context and challenge. These groups work together during the day and are invited to continue meeting for the 90 days after. For many participants, the peer group becomes one of the most valuable parts of the programme. A space to share what is working, what is not, and how other leaders are handling the same challenges in real teams.

Full Day Overview - September 1, 2026
Understanding Yourself in the AI Shift
Your own reactions and position. Where you feel behind. What your team actually needs from you right now.
AI in Your Leadership Reality
Mapping your team's current AI reality. Friction points, uneven adoption, and the practical opportunities available now.
Leading the AI Conversation
Frameworks for psychologically safe AI conversations - conversations that create momentum and invite honest engagement, not pressure or fear.
Building Your Adoption Roadmap
Your personal 90-day first-step direction, anchored in your specific team and organisational context.
Reflection, Commitments and Next Steps
Closing with clarity on what happens next. Your first action. Your accountability partner.
HOW THE DAY WORKS

Not a lecture.
Five things working together.

01
Knowledge and insight
Research-backed frameworks on AI leadership, adoption behaviour, and team enablement - built from real frontline manager experience.
02
Peer dialogue
Structured conversations with managers from other industries and organisations facing the same challenges. The cross-industry dynamic is deliberate.
03
Live tools and applications
Hands-on demonstrations of AI applications relevant to leadership and team work - not theoretical, but immediately applicable.
04
Practical guides and frameworks
Templates and frameworks you take home and use immediately - not slide notes, but working tools.
05
Sparring and planning
Dedicated working time to build your personal roadmap in the room, with expert facilitation and peer input.

The cross-industry peer dynamic is deliberate. Hearing how a logistics manager and a pharma team lead navigate the same leadership challenge - with different tools and different teams - consistently produces some of the richest learning of the day. The room is designed as a space where all maturity levels are welcome. There are no stupid questions, and every participant leaves with what they need for where they are - not a standardised output.

WHAT YOU LEAVE WITH

Five things in your hands
during the masterclass

By end of day, you will see your team differently - their workflows, their maturity, their adoption gaps. These five tools make that new perspective immediately actionable.
  • Personal AI Leadership Playbook

A structured framework ready to use with your team on Monday morning - not a set of slide notes from a lecture.

  • Team Conversation Guide

Specific questions and exercises to open productive AI conversations with your team without triggering fear or resistance.

  • AI Change Story

Your personal narrative for communicating AI direction to your team with clarity and conviction, not pressure or hype.

  • 90-Day Adoption Roadmap

A realistic first-step direction mapped to your current situation, with identified quick wins and potential barriers.

  • Practical AI Confidence

Greater confidence leading AI conversations, identifying opportunities, and guiding responsible experimentation in your team.

Invest in outcomes

Practical skills you can apply from day one.

The investment case

Is it worth it?
Here is the math.

If this programme makes you one hour more effective per week in how you use and lead AI - that is the investment returned within a month.

If it does the same for three people on your team, you have returned the investment tenfold before the 90 days are up.

AI-enabled teams consistently report gains in three areas: speed (less time on repeatable tasks), quality (better structured thinking and output), and idea generation (new approaches that were not on the table before).

The question is not whether this pays for itself. The question is how quickly.

YOUR FACILITATORS

Led by two experts -
transformation and adoption

Mads Qwist
Managing Partner & Transformation Expert · Qwist & Associates

Mads has spent 20+ years running leadership seminars and transformation programmes across sectors. For the last two years, AI leadership has been the central thread in his work - developing and testing the frameworks inside this masterclass with frontline managers navigating real adoption challenges in their teams.

He holds a certification as a SAFe Lead Agilist with the Scaled Agile Corporation and has studied digital transformation strategy at university level. Qwist&Associates does not just teach AI leadership - the team practises it. AI is embedded in how they work internally, making Mads one of the few facilitators in this space who leads from direct experience rather than theory.

"I built this masterclass because I kept seeing the same gap: organisations investing in AI tools while their managers were left to figure out the human side entirely alone. This day is about closing that gap - practically, not theoretically."
Anders Martinsen
Specialist in AI Adoption, Learning Design & Change Management

Anders has designed and implemented AI capability development for over 4,000 employees across Nykredit - and he knows what actually changes behaviour, and what ends up forgotten.

His specialist territory is the layer that comes after adoption: mastery and sustained learning. He helps leaders create the conditions where learning happens continuously - in daily work, in the team, and in practice. Anders brings a structured learning architecture across the before, during, and after phases of the masterclass, creating a coherent thread throughout the entire programme.

"The biggest gap in most AI programmes is that they stop at knowledge. We go further - to the moment where knowledge becomes a new habit in how a team actually works."
WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT

We are not AI engineers.
We are transformation experts.

Our strength is not technical AI knowledge. It is deep expertise in how humans and organisations actually change: leadership, mindset, behaviour, and psychological safety.

Most AI programmes teach
Tools and prompting
Automation and efficiency
Technical capability
Governance frameworks
General frameworks for all roles
Our approach
Adoption profiles: Frontrunners, Skeptics, Hesitant Observers, Deliberate Professionals
Personal AI assessment developed with Mind AI
Peer learning groups matched by context and challenge
Psychological safety as a practical leadership skill - not a concept
Behaviour change, not just awareness
Morning/afternoon structure: you first, your team second

The organisations that shape the future will not be defined by technology alone. They will be built by leaders who can mobilise people, create direction, and shape culture around AI.

That is where we make the difference.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Everything you need to know
before you commit

01Is this a technical AI course?+
No. This is a leadership and organisational adoption masterclass. Technical AI understanding is built in the pre-learning so workshop time focuses entirely on leadership, reflection, and adoption practice.
02Do participants need AI experience?+
No. The programme supports both beginners and experienced AI users. An initial readiness assessment creates a personalised learning path for each participant before the live day.
03Is this only for executives or senior leaders?+
No. This masterclass is designed for frontline leaders and managers: the people closest to the teams doing the actual work. Senior executives looking for strategy-level input should contact us directly about tailored options.
04Who else will be in the room?+
The masterclass brings together frontline managers and team leads from different industries and organisations. Before the programme, a short survey helps us form learning groups of relevant peers. You will spend the day alongside people navigating the same leadership challenges - with different teams, different contexts, and different perspectives. That diversity is deliberate.
05Why does psychological safety matter for AI adoption?+
Because uncertainty, fear, and overwhelm strongly shape how teams learn, experiment, and adopt. Leaders who create psychological safety in AI conversations consistently see faster adoption, fewer mistakes, and teams that bring problems forward instead of hiding them. It is a practical leadership capability - not a soft concept.
06Can this be tailored for our organisation?+
Yes. We work with organisations to adapt the masterclass to their specific context, challenges, and adoption stage. Contact us to discuss what that would look like for your team.
07Is there an English cohort?+
Yes. An English cohort is planned for autumn 2026. If you or your organisation prefer to participate in English, contact us and we will add you to the waitlist. The September 1 cohort is delivered in Danish.
08What is the cancellation policy?+
Free cancellation up to 14 days before September 1. Cancellations within 14 days can be transferred to a colleague or credited to a future intake. All cancellations require written confirmation.
